Objective
Tell the story of a 125-year-old college preparatory school in a compelling way through film and a branding campaign.
Background
As we began thinking about how to represent the school, we took a cue from the UMS-Wright’s mission: “to educate all students to their highest potential in mind, body, and spirit.” All people have value and potential, and UMS-Wright helps to nurture the potential of all of their students with the goal of developing their mind, body, spirit, and character. I worked with a team to develop the concept, script, and art direction for the final 125th-anniversary film.
Art Direction
Prior to filming, I curated multiple moodboards to plan and reference what type of shots we would be looking for the day of shooting.
125th Anniversary Film
In addition to producing the 125th-anniversary film, we worked alongside photographer Matthew Coughlin to capture both current students and alumni for an advertising campaign.
Winner of 2018 Gold Addy Award &
2018 Communicator Award of Excellence
In the process, we designed and proposed collateral pieces with the 125 year anniversary branding.
“I’ve been through many campaigns like this one, and this was better than any I’ve been involved in before.”
